Data Deletion Instructions

Effective October 15, 2026

Your right to deletion

You can ask us to delete personal information we have collected about you. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other identifying information you gave us through our website, our contact form, our Evan text line, or in the course of a business relationship.

What we can delete

We can delete contact information, inquiry history and text line conversations. We may need to keep certain records for legal or accounting purposes, such as invoice history, even after a deletion request.

How to request deletion

We handle deletion requests through [email protected]. Email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the name and email address you used (or the phone number, if you texted our Evan line). We will review your request and tell you what we deleted and what we must keep.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms

If your request relates to data connected to our use of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs or advertising platforms, send it to the same address, [email protected], and say that it concerns Meta.

Outside services

Some outside services that handle information for us have their own retention policies that we cannot override.

Questions

If you have questions about this process, email [email protected].
