THE HVAC YEAR · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Heating season · furnace and boiler repair and replacement
  • Cooling season · air conditioning repair and installation
  • Spring and fall · tune-up periods
  • All year · maintenance plans

Demand moves with the weather. The exact timing depends on your climate and your business.

The path. Six steps, one plan.

Marketing for an HVAC company does not stop at the click. It runs from the season, through the call, to the job and the report.

Step 01 · Demand by season

Plan around the weather, not the calendar.

An HVAC year has distinct periods: heating, cooling, tune-ups and maintenance-plan sign-ups. We plan the channels, the creative and the budget around each one, so the right message is already in market when demand turns.

SEASON PLAN · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Heating period · repair and replacement messages
  • Cooling period · repair and installation messages
  • Tune-up periods · reminders and offers set by you
  • Maintenance plans · promoted to your own customers

A sample of how one plan can follow the year. Yours is built from your business.

Step 02 · Getting found

Be there when they look, and where they already know you.

We set up and manage your Google Business Profile, local search and SEO, Google search ads and Local Services Ads. We add Facebook and Instagram ads, streaming TV and audio, direct mail and email where they fit, planned as one program.

See Paid search and display, SEO and Google Business Profile, Social advertising, Streaming TV and audio and Email and direct mail.

CHANNELS · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Google Business Profile and local search
  • Google search ads and Local Services Ads
  • Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • Streaming TV and audio
  • Direct mail and email to your own customers

Not every business needs every channel. The plan decides.

Step 03 · The call or form arrives

Every call and form should arrive with its source.

We set up and maintain tracking for calls and forms, so where tracking is in place each one is recorded with where it started. Answering quickly and booking the visit are handled by your own office. We do not answer your phones or book your jobs.

See Websites for forms and tracking.

INCOMING LEAD · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Call tracking on the phone numbers
  • Form capture with the source recorded
  • Reaches your office with its source attached
  • Reply and booking handled by your own office

Following up quickly is part of the marketing. It stays with the people who answer your phones.

Step 04 · The job

Where the work happens is your system, not ours.

Your dispatchers and your field-service system run the job, and that is where jobs live. We do not replace it. What matters for marketing is that booked jobs can be compared with the leads that started them.

JOB RECORD · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Visit booked by your office
  • Technician dispatched from your system
  • Job completed and recorded in your system
  • Booked-job records available to compare with leads

Step 05 · Revenue and reporting

Line up the leads, the booked work and the spend.

Where tracking is in place and booked-job records are shared with us, we compare leads with booked jobs and with what was spent, and report it in plain language next to your other channels. We do not promise complete attribution.

REPORT · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Leads by channel, where tracking is in place
  • Booked jobs from those leads, where records are shared
  • Spend by channel, side by side
  • What is working and what is next

DemonstrationThe rows show what a report covers. No figures are shown, and none are implied.

Step 06 · Manufacturer co-op

Paperwork ready for the programs you qualify for.

With your approval, we help prepare the documentation a manufacturer co-op program asks for: invoices, ad samples and proof of performance. Eligibility, rates and payment are set by your manufacturer and distributor, and we cannot promise any amount. Co-op documentation support is part of our HVAC campaign work, not a separate service.

CO-OP PACKAGE · EXAMPLECONCEPT

  • Invoices lined up with the advertising run
  • Ad samples and proof of performance
  • Submitted only with your approval
  • Tracked against what the manufacturer credits

Co-op rules differ by manufacturer. We work from the rules of your program.

Questions from HVAC owners.

Do you work only with HVAC companies?+−

HVAC and home services are our deepest focus, but we are not limited to them. See Home services for the wider playbook.

Do you answer calls or book jobs for us?+−

No. Your own office answers the phones and books the visit. We make sure the call or form reaches you with its source recorded where tracking is in place.

Can you promise a number of leads or a return?+−

No. We do not promise results, rankings or lead volumes. We plan, run and report, and we show you what we see.

Can you help with manufacturer co-op?+−

Yes, with your approval, we can prepare the documentation your manufacturer program requires. Eligibility, rates and payment are decided by the manufacturer and your distributor, and we cannot promise any amount.

Which channels do you run for HVAC companies?+−

Google Business Profile, local search, Google search ads and Local Services Ads, Facebook and Instagram, streaming TV and audio, direct mail and email, and the website behind them. We choose the mix with you.
