By engaging Siegle Partners for marketing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Siegle Partners provides marketing, advertising, web design, content creation, and related services as outlined in each client proposal or statement of work. The scope of services is defined per engagement.
Invoices are issued monthly for retainer services and per project milestone for project-based work. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may result in a pause in services.
Work product created by Siegle Partners for a client — including copy, design, and strategy documents — becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Tools, templates, and internal systems remain the property of Siegle Partners.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, campaign performance, business strategy, and pricing.
Retainer agreements are month-to-month after the initial 90-day period. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Project-based work may not be cancelled once production has begun without forfeiting the deposit.
Siegle Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
