Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information the Siegle Partners website collects, where it goes and how to ask us about it. The website is run by Siegle Partners LLC. We handle privacy and deletion requests through [email protected].

What we collect

When you send us the contact form, we collect what you type into it:

  • your name, business name and email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to give one;
  • what you are looking for and what you would like help with, from the menus on the form;
  • your message, if you choose to write one.

When the form is submitted, we also record the date and time, the address of the page it was sent from, your IP address and basic browser information. By sending the form you ask Siegle Partners to contact you about your request. If you email us directly, we have what you send in that email.

We also collect standard analytics data, such as pages visited, time on site and general location, through the Google tag. See Analytics and cookies below.

Where your information goes

A contact form submission is emailed to our business inbox and is stored in the WordPress database behind this website. Our business email runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by WP Engine, and Cloudflare sits in front of the site for security and delivery.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to provide our services, to send proposals and invoices, and to understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information for money.

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and the business, including Google (analytics and email), WP Engine (hosting) and Cloudflare (security and delivery). We may also share information when the law requires it. If you text our Evan line, Twilio (text delivery) and Anthropic (the AI model that writes replies) also handle your message. See the Evan text line section below.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses the Google tag for Google Analytics, which may set cookies to measure how the site is used. This site does not show a cookie banner, and the tag does not wait for a choice from you before it runs. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work if cookies are off. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Fonts, scripts and other third-party loads

Pages on this site may ask your browser to load fonts, icons or scripts from other companies: Google (Google Fonts), Font Awesome (icons) and Cloudflare (cdnjs, a script library host). As with any request to a website, those companies can see your IP address when that happens.

These pages do not include a chat assistant, and we do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.

The Evan text line

Siegle Partners runs a text line for its assistant, Evan. If you text it, we receive your phone number and the text of your message. Messages from Mark Siegle are answered by the full assistant. If anyone else texts the line, an automated AI screening assistant (not a person) may reply, and Mark Siegle is sent the new number and its first message. Twilio delivers the messages. For anyone other than Mark Siegle, Anthropic processes the message text to write a reply. The line currently cannot deliver text messages because its carrier registration did not pass. Details are on the Evan SMS Program page.

How long we keep it

We keep this information only as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep our business records. We have not set a fixed period.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected] or see our Data Deletion Instructions.
